8 months

Last Monday, Santa came to visit the credit union my mom works at. We took Bently to meet Santa. She liked him especially his beard. Santa even had an early gift for Bently. :)

Soo excited to see what is in the bag!
Getting a little bit of help from Papa!

She loves it! As it is playing music she is saying "Yeah!" and clapping.

I realized last week that I had yet to get a picture of Bently with her 8 month sticker on. I thought it would be cute to get it in front of the Christmas tree, needless to say it was a challenge. She is crawling every where now and fast!

She thought this was cool long enough for me to get one picture taken.
Then she was done!

I love these next few pictures. She is in awe of the ornaments and keeps looking at me like your really going to let me touch these.

And this is the one picture I got of her in her crib before she took the sticker off.

I love this sweet active 8 month old baby girl to pieces and cannot imagine my life with out her in it!

Yes...another catch up post!

Bently at 7 months.... got her second tooth in and attempted to crawl a couple of times, but stuck with army crawling and rolling every where!
Back in October, Shawn's sister Brittney and her family moved to Amarillo. We love having them closer, we still don't see them as much as we would like to, but definitely more than before! This is Bently with her Aunt Nyki at Kailey's birthday party!

Here she is rolling around on the floor with her daddy and a room full of people!
Brittney has a great backyard and perfect for pictures. Here is Bently with her cousins and 2nd cousins.
Bently and her cousins. Starting at the top left: AC, Trace, Rylee, Bently, Andrew Kailey, and Jakob.
A great picture of Shawn, his sisters & BIL, and cousins...just missing Jeremy :(
Our little turkey on Thanksgiving. She tried the mashpotatoes, gravy, pumpkin pie, and I think Granny snuck in a few bites of pumpkin roll.
Sitting so pretty!

 Two bottom teeth :)
 She was done sitting!

I love this picture! Just the 3 of us!
She loves her Aunt Meggers!
This was Thanksgiving night. She went to bed at 6 and woke up around 9 full of energy. She played while Aunt Megs and I worked on a game plan for Friday.

Bently's cousin AC was in a musical at his school. He did a fabulous job. Bently loved all the singing and the Music teachers hands directing, so much that when she stopped Bently would yell "a" (no clue how to spell it to make the sound/ her version of HEY) at her.

Catch up!

A few weeks ago I (finally) emptied my pictures on to the computer. (I did a post from picasa on the pumpkin patch earlier) This year has flown by since Bently's arrival. I just can't seem to keep up with anything these days! She is growing, changing, and doing new things daily. On the upside it is making my school year fly by, and I can't complain much on that. I am already looking forward to the summer and being at home with my sweet sweet Bently. I am going to try to quickly recap some of these pictures.

Bently at 4 months old! She was sleeping from 10pm to 2 am. She moved from the cradle to her crib. She started rolling over front to back and back to front.

She started rolling over front to back and back to front. She loves her floor time!

She had her first taste of baby food. Her daddy picked out carrots!

She started sleeping 6pm to 6am, waking up one time usually between 3 and 4. She loves to be on the go and likes to sit up, but couldn't quite do it on her own yet.
6 months was a big month for Bently Boo, she learned to sit up, got her first tooth, went to the pumpkin patch, and said her first word "dada!.

We went to Granny and Papa's for Halloween and she turned 7 months old! I can't believe next week she will be 8 months old. Bently loves to be on the go! She LOVES Mickey Mouse Club and has since about 3 months old. She gets so excited and immediately starts looking around for the tv when she hears, "Oh Tootles." She has two teeth right now with a third one on its way in. It will not be long before she is crawling.  Bently loves to talk and sing along with music. My heart is so full right now! As I sit here typing this quick update post and looking at pictures, I praise and give thanks to God for all of my wonderful blessings!

Pumpkin Patch 2011

On Saturday, October 22nd, Shawn, Granny (my mom), Aunt Megs, and I took Bently to the pumpkin patch to get her first pumpkin. Papa (my dad) ended up carving her pumpkin. Sadly I do not have a picture of it.
